EveryPro collects only what it needs to build the league, answer you, and share the updates you request.
Information you choose to share
EveryPro collects the information you submit through its player-interest, launch-update, and partner-interest forms. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email, phone number, home city, golf preferences, handicap information, organization, and a written message.
How EveryPro uses it
The information is used to respond to inquiries, plan regional circuits and event formats, share updates you request, and understand interest in the founding Colorado season. EveryPro does not sell personal information.
Protection and service providers
The website and form records use Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and submission records are stored in a private Cloudflare database. Authorized EveryPro administrators may receive an email notification when a form is submitted.
What this site does not collect
These interest forms do not collect payment-card details, government identification, birth dates, GHIN passwords, or identity documents. Paid event registration will have its own clear terms and disclosures before it opens.
Your choices
Update emails are optional. You may ask EveryPro to correct or delete information submitted through this website by using the site contact page. Requests will be verified before records are changed.
Retention
EveryPro keeps form submissions only as long as they remain useful for the founding-season purpose, responding to an inquiry, meeting legal obligations, or resolving a dispute. Records that are no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized.
